Sri K. Satyanarayana is the founder and CEO of both Satya Investigation & Security Services (SISS) and Nandi Investigation & Security Services (NISS). With over 34 years of experience in police department, he brings extensive expertise in security management and investigation services.
He joined the Government Service on 15.04.1976 as Direct Sub Inspector of Police and retired on 31.01.2010 as Additional Superindent of Police in Vigilance & Enforcement Department, GAD, Guntur Unit. His distinguished career has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Indian Police Medal (2000), AP Police Seva Pathakam (1992), AP Police Uttama Seva Pathakam (1997), and AP Police Mahonnata Seva Pathakam (2009) for Distinguished Services.
Under his leadership, SISS and NISS have grown to employ over 1200 personnel, serving prestigious clients across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka. Both companies as trusted names in the security industry due to his vision and commitment .

Sri Atchuta Ravi Chandra, IPS, a retired Inspector General of Police, began his career in 1987 as a Deputy Superintendent of Police in Andhra Pradesh. Known for his effective leadership, he served as Sub Divisional Police Officer in key regions, crushing naxalites and maintaining law and order. On promotion, he excelled as Additional SP and trained personnel at Police Training Colleges in Ongole and Tirupathi. As DIG, CID, he investigated high-profile cases like the Mahaboobnagar Bus burning and EAMCET leakage, achieving 100% conviction rates. Accessible to the public and respected for his legal expertise, he resolved law & order issues tactfully. Awarded the Indian Police Medal (2011) for meritorious service, he earned praise from seniors and the public alike for his dedication and integrity..

A passionate public servant with over 40 years of service in the Andhra Pradesh Police Department. Served the State and the Nation with distinction under several Chief Ministers including late Shri N. T. Rama Rao, late Shri Janardhan Reddy, and Shri Chandrababu Naidu. Analytical, energetic, and detail-oriented with broad and deep experience in organizing massive state level religious and political events, in managing many civil unrests and security escalations across the country, receiving several awards and commendations for stellar performance, integrity, honesty and passion.

Kiran Rai is a distinguished security professional with over 30 years of experience, including a 21-year tenure in the Special Protection Group (SPG). He served as the former Principal of the Integrated Intelligence Training Academy (IITA), Telangana Police, and has trained PSOs and CPTs for high-risk individuals, including ministers. Rai has managed security for major events like the G20 Summit 2023 and the Global Entrepreneurship Summit 2017. He is recognized with numerous national awards, including the Indian Police Medal and Prime Minister’s Trophy, and has provided training internationally in Mauritius and Sri Lanka.

Shri. Lavakumar is an Assistant Commissioner of Police ( Rtd) from Karnataka Cadre. He has served in different areas of the State of Karnataka starting from Gulbarga District in North to Mysore City in South, in the capacity of Police Sub Inspector, Inspector, Deputy Superintendent and Assistant Commissioner of Police. He worked in CID Karnataka for about 9 years. During his service , he has successfully investigated several sensational criminal cases and obtained convictions. He is the recipient of Karnataka Chief Minister’s Gold & Silver Medals and Appreciations from the DGP & IGP.

ARKRAJU, recruited as a Sub-Inspector of Police in the 1966 batch, served with distinction in various roles across Tenali, Guntur, Mangalagiri, Chilakaluripet, and other key locations, retiring as Superintendent of Police (Non-Cader) in 2001. Known for his exceptional efficiency in handling high-profile cases like the Naxal attack on Cherukupalli PS and Simhachalam temple dacoity, he received numerous honors, including the Indian Police Medal (1983) and AP Uthama Seva Pathakam (1986), along with 270 MSEs, GSEs, and cash rewards.
M. Chalapathi Rao
Legal AdvisorA distinguished legal luminary with dual qualifications in Science (MSc) and Law (LLM), Sri Rao has had an illustrious career spanning over four decades in the judicial system and legal practice. Sri Mandadi Chalapathi Rao (MSc, BL) began practicing law in 1978. He joined the judiciary in 1987 as a District Munsif, rising to Additional District Judge across Andhra Pradesh. After retiring as 2nd Additional District Judge, he served as Special Prosecutor for AP CID (2016-18) and continues as an Advocate & Arbitrator in the AP High Court. This exemplary career trajectory showcases a remarkable journey from grassroots legal practice to the highest echelons of the judiciary, followed by continued service to the legal community through arbitration and advocacy. His extensive experience across multiple judicial roles makes him a venerable figure in Andhra Pradesh's legal fraternity.

Dy.E.E. Retired.,Technical Manager for Planning
T.V.S. Sastry completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Kakinada Engineering College (1970–1975). He began his career in 1975 as a Junior Engineer in the Irrigation Department and later joined the Roads and Buildings Department in 1976. Throughout his career, he executed several notable projects, including the Road Over Bridge (R.O.B.) in Tirupati, buildings for the Cancer Hospital at Ruia Hospital, hostel buildings at S.V. Medical College, and bridges at Nagari and Kolakalur, along with various road projects. From 2003 to 2008, before retiring, he served in the G.A.D. Vigilance Department, Guntur, as Deputy Executive Engineer, where he was recognized for producing comprehensive vigilance reports.
A. Raja Sekhar
HR and Administrative Officer, BangaloreSri A. Raja Sekhar served as Manager in Syndicate Bank in Bangalore and various other cities and towns across Karnataka. During his tenure, he demonstrated exemplary service and received appreciation from the bank's senior officials. Subsequently, he joined as Senior Manager Muthoot Finance (NBFC) for Karnataka State. He later joined as Regional Audit Head-Assistant Vice President in IIFL-South Region (Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu). In this capacity, he identified frauds, detecting cash misappropriations within the company and saved crores of rupees by detecting spurious gold among loan pledges. A renowned Audit Head, he currently oversees Administration and Human Resources (HR) at SISS Bangalore.
B.V. Subba Reddy
DSP Retired.,Guntur, Advisor for Investigation of fraud cases
Shri. B.V. Subba Reddy (MA History, Andhra University) rose from directly recruited Sub-Inspector of Police to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) in Andhra Pradesh. Known for hard work and devotion, he handled critical postings—including faction-torn areas in Rayalaseema, CID, Vigilance & Enforcement Department (General Administration Department). As DSP of volatile Kadapa Sub-Division, he eradicated social evils, controlled factions, and established peace. Awarded the Seva Pathakam, cash rewards and commendations, he was acclaimed as the "best investigating officer" for solving murders and heinous crimes.

Prabhakar Rao is a distinguished law enforcement professional with over 38 years of service, rising from Constable to Deputy Superintendent of Police. He led high-profile investigations and secured numerous convictions. Honored with Seva Pathakam and Uttama Seva Pathakam by the Andhra Pradesh Government, he also received multiple commendations for outstanding performance. Currently, he is the Chief Operating Manager for Satya Investigation & Security Services and Nandi Investigation & Security Services, overseeing operations and patrolling for Swarna Tollway Private Limited on NH-5.
